Order Processing

Approximately 2-3 weeks from the time an order is placed. Most items are made to order, but a few are ready to ship.

Return Policy

We love our toys and want you to love them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days of receiving it. The product needs to be in the same condition as you received it and in the original undamaged box if it came in one. We will issue a full refund, excluding shipping charges, to the credit card used at purchase.

Our returns take up to 10-14 business days to process after we receive the package. Please note that it may take additional time to post your account depending on your bank or financial institution.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is $15 to $30, with free shipping for orders over $100. We ship by standard ground delivery. In most cases, packages are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. We do not ship internationally outside of Canada at this time.
