A set of animals from the Ukrainian fairy tale, The Mitten. A variety of wood was used to create this set.

Materials: cherry, maple, walnut, and birch wood, oil, food-grade stains and pigment

1. Bear: 5 x 3 inches

2. Fox: 4.5 x 2.1 inches

3. Hedgehog: 2.5 x 1.75 inches

4. Owl: 2.5 x 2.5 inches

5. Badger: 4.25 x 2 inches

6. Rabbit: 2.75 x 2.25 inches

7. Mole: 3 x 1.5 inches

8. Mouse: 2.5 x 1.5 inches
